Player Evaluations 6/27

IN-PERSON PLAYER EVALUATION EVENT INCOMING!
Date: Saturday, June 27th, 2026
Times: See Graphic Above or times listed below

PURPOSE OF AYSO PLAYER EVALUATIONS
"Balanced Teams" is one of AYSO's six core philosophies. In order to adhere to this important philosophy, our region forms new teams as evenly and balanced as possible. This provides a stronger learning experience for teams as they play teams comprised of similar ability. It also allows for each player to experience playing with a wide variety of teammates of different play skills.

The In-Person Player Evaluations helps provide our region with the information we need to properly place players on teams based on their level of experience, the skills they demonstrate on the field and more!

Coaches Needed!

COACH VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR VARIOUS DIVISIONS!
AYSO 1463 families! Our AYSO Regions are a 100% volunteer run organization.

It's only through the help of our incredible volunteers that we're able to make all of this happen for you. Without our volunteers, our children simply cannot play. Coaches will work with our Region Coach Admin and our Volunteer Coordinator in working out their own practice schedules. We'll also make sure to provide training and all of the training materials you'll need.

AYSO 1463 makes it as easy as possible for you to get out there and Coach.

Teams cannot be formed until volunteers raise their hands.

If anyone needs information on how to register as a Head Coach at AYSO 1463, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator. We promise you'll have a blast and your child will love you for it!

IMPORTANT NOTE
Due to the large amount of variables and considerations our Region must make for every single one of our teams, requests to rearrange the schedule in any way will not be honored. The only consideration that will be allowed is if there is an error on our end that requires a fix. Other than this, requests of any sort will not be allowed.

If Head Coaches are unavailable for any reason, an Asst. Coach will need to fill in. If an Asst. Coach is unavailable, a certified Team Manager will need to step in. If all three are unavailable, the Head Coach will need to contact the Region 1463 Board to make other arrangements.

Thank you for your understanding.
