IMPORTANT NOTE
Due to the large amount of variables and considerations our Region must make for every single one of our teams, requests to rearrange the schedule in any way will not be honored. The only consideration that will be allowed is if there is an error on our end that requires a fix. Other than this, requests of any sort will not be allowed.

If Head Coaches are unavailable for any reason, an Asst. Coach will need to fill in. If an Asst. Coach is unavailable, a certified Team Manager will need to step in. If all three are unavailable, the Head Coach will need to contact the Region 1463 Board to make other arrangements.

Thank you for your understanding.

PARENT VOLUNTEER HELP REMINDERS - OPENING & CLOSING GAMES
Parents! A reminder that while our Board will be out at the fields very early in the morning to get things going, our Region is going to need parent help on gamedays to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Your Coaches should make you aware of this, but if your team is the Saturday opener or if your team ends the day we'll need some help with the following:

OPENING GAME / EARLY MORNING
* Making sure all Goals have sandbags or are anchored
* Reviewing the pitch for Gopher holes. Filling holes with Sand. Buckets, Shovels will be available

CLOSING GAME / END OF DAY
* Taking Nets off the Goals
* Putting Goals back to their resting place
* Taking Sandbags back to the Goal Location
* Taking down Team EZ-ups

Thank you for the help everyone! It will be a mean a lot to our Volunteer staff.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PETS

Pets of any kind are NOT allowed on the field. While we love our pets, please make sure to keep them at home. If a pet is seen on the field our Board Members will ask you to escort the pet off. The only exception is if the pet is a service animal.

CLICK HERE FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PETS ON THE FIELD

EQUIPMENT - IMPORTANT REMINDERS!

Don't forget to have your player wear their AYSO 1463 Uniforms!

BE SURE TO REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:

SHIN GUARDS (REQUIRED & IMPORTANT)
, a Soccer Ball and their individually marked/named Water Bottle.
Cleats are not required however they are strongly recommended.

Shin Guard Reminders:
Players must wear their Shin Guards UNDERNEATH their uniform socks. The uniform sock cannot be put on, then the shin guard, then the sock tucked over it. This is a safety concern. Please be sure that the Shin Guard touches the skin, then the uniform sock is placed over it. If needed, put on a thinner sock under the shin guard and then put on the uniform sock.

* Players without their shin guards will not be allowed to partake in games. There are no exceptions to this rule!

LOCATION & FIELDS REMINDERS

Important Parking FYI

PARKING ARRANGEMENT FOR SATURDAY (ALL SEASON)
Please note: This update does not apply to weekday practices.

NO PARKING ON SILVER OAKS DRIVE
Please make sure that we do not park down Silver Oaks drive.
This is very important and we kindly ask for your cooperation on the matter.

PARKING LOCATIONS FOR ALL

(1)
Warm Springs Middle School Parking Lot (Best for Schoolyard, 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U)
39245 Calle de Fortuna, Murrieta, Ca. 92563

* Feel free to park in the Warm Springs Middle School parking lot
* Once parked you will head in the direction of the Warm Springs fields (as seen in the graphic above)

Note Re Handicapped Spots: Handicapped Spots are available in the School parking lot.
A ramp that leads down to the fields is located next to the stairs that lead to field #3.

(2) Torrey Pines Park Parking Lot (Best for 14U. 16U, 19U)
* Feel free to park in the Torrey Pines Park parking lot as usual (no restrictions)

(3) Torrey Pines Road
You may continue to park on Torrey Pines Road as this area is not directly impacting residential homes.

In summary, for this Saturday and all remaining weekends of the season, please park in the designated areas above to help us comply with city guidelines. With the additional parking at Warm Springs Middle School, we anticipate this will greatly ease parking issues for all of you and address neighborhood concerns.

Important Parking Reminder!
To all of our Parents, Grandparents, Guardians, and visitors we know and understand that parking isn't all that fun at our fields. We truly wish there was more we could do.

With that said, please be aware that there are two parking spots that we must set aside both for Emergency Vehicles and for our on field Vendors ONLY. We clearly mark these parking spots with cones and signs. It is very important that we keep these two spots completely clear in case an emergency vehicle needs to drive onto the field for any reason.

Please do us a favor and do not move the cones and park your car in its place. This is very important to us and it'd be outstanding if we could have your cooperation. The location of the parking spots have been marked in red in the image below.

MAKE SURE ARRIVE EARLY!
Also, be sure to arrive at the parking lot a good 30 minutes prior to your game time to give yourself enough of a chance to park, walk to the fields, find your team, warm-up and prepare for your match.

SPECTATOR SEATING REMINDER!
