Other AYSO 1463 Practice Fields: Other practice fields will be made available to your AYSO 1463 Coaches. These fields are ones that have been approved by our region and the City of Murrieta and are close in proximity to our Torey Pines main field.

TEAM FORMATION & COACH-TO-PARENT NOTIFICATIONS
Early-to-Mid February 2023
It will take some time for our region to use the data acquired from our 8U-12U Fall Player Coach evaluations and Parent evaluations. Once done, expect Coaches to begin contacting you in mid-February prior to the Coach & Player Meet and Greet event listed below.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING ON-FIELD COURSES (COACH & REFEREE TRAINING)
Various Courses to be set up during Early-to-Mid February
We will be hosting free Coach and Referee training certification courses very soon. Once we have the dates and locations locked down, we'll be sure to share with everyone.

PARENT ORIENTATION ONLINE CALL (ALL PROGRAMS & ALL DIVISIONS)
Wednesday, ebruary 15th at 6PM

We will be holding an online call with all of our Spring 2023 Parents to go over season expectations. It'll be a great opportunity for our parents to gain details and ask questions. This will be a Zoom online meeting. A link to the call will provided a few days prior to the event. More information to come.

COACH PROGRAM ORIENTATION ONLINE CALL (ALL HEAD & ASST. COACHES)
Tuesday, February 21st at 6PM
We will also be holding an online call with our Coach Staff (Head and Asst. Coaches) to go over Coach related expectations. This will be a Zoom online meeting. A link to the call will provided a few days prior to the event. More information to come.

COACH & PLAYER MEET & GREET (DICK'S SPORTING GOODS)
Date: Saturday, February 25th, 2023
Times: Morning until 2pm (Specific Division Times = TBA)
Location: Dick's Sporting Goods
This will be your player's first opportunity to meet their Head Coach! The event will take place at Dick's Sporting Goods so it will also be a chance to purchase any needed equipment before practices begin! More details will be provided as we approach the date.

EPIC PROGRAM (FORMALLY VIP) / SPECIAL NEEDS (ANY BIRTH YEAR)
The Epic program (Everyone Plays In our Community) is specially designed to support players with special needs. This program provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate in the core program.

EPIC PROGRAM INFO

SCHOOLYARD PROGRAM (BORN: 2018 & 2019)
The objective of this program is to provide young players and their parents with a “pressure free” introduction to the beautiful game of soccer. At this age, players should be exposed to soccer by playing simple, fun activities and games that require little to no practice, and a minimal time commitment.

* One session per week / Day of the week is TBD (Saturday is more than likely)
* 8 Week Program
* Small co-ed groups
* 45 minute training sessions with some time for a short scrimmage
