Spring 2020 Refund Request Info

Refund Requests - Spring 2020 Season

Please note that the deadline for Spring 2020 refund requests is February 7th, 2020. Refunds requested after this date will not be honored. If you have any questions on this, feel free to contact AYSO 1463's Registrar. Contact information can be found below. 


All refund requests must follow the procedures specified below:

* If the Insurance fee was paid with your registration fee, $20 will be subtracted from the refund amount. The Insurance fee is non-refundable.  If the Insurance fee was not paid with your registration fee, a 10% administration fee will be subtracted from the refund amount.

* AYSO 1463 Processing Fees, totaling $10, will also be subtracted from the refund amount. 

* If a Refund is approved, please allow 3-4 weeks for a check to be mailed to the address provided on Blue Sombrero. 

Drop notices to coaches or refund requests received after the stated deadline will not be approved for a refund.
The refund request is subject to review by the Regional Commissioner, Registrar, and Treasurer before being approved.
