Refund Requests (Spring 2025 Season Only) 

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE IS 1/15/2025 (End of Day)
Refund requests on and post 1/16/2025 cannot be honored. 
The last day to submit for a refund request for the Spring Season is end of day 1/15/2025. Refund requests from 1/16/2025 and on will no longer be honored as funds provided have been used for Uniforms, Equipment, City Park fees and more.

FOR THOSE WHO SUBMITTED ON OR PRIOR TO 1/16/2025
On and after 1/16/2025, Refund Requests will no longer be honored for any and all circumstances as registration funds will then be spent on all needed assets and equipment. As a non-profit organization, we do not have additional funds to cover refunds once fees are spent on equipment, uniforms, etc. for the season. 


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHOSE REFUNDS WERE APPROVED: 

All refund requests must follow the procedures specified below:

* If the Insurance fee was paid with your registration fee, $25 will be subtracted from the refund amount. The Insurance fee is non-refundable.  

* AYSO 1463 Processing Fees, totaling $10, will also be subtracted from the refund amount. 

* If a Refund is approved, please allow 1-2 weeks for a check to be mailed to the address provided on your Sports Connect account. 

Drop notices to coaches or refund requests received after the stated deadline will not be approved for a refund.
The refund request is subject to review by the Regional Commissioner, Registrar, and Treasurer before being approved.

Refund Requests (Fall 2024 Core Season Only) 

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE IS 7/15/2024 (End of Day)
The last day to submit for a refund request for the Fall Season 2024 is end of day 7/15/2024. Refund requests from 7/16/2024 and on will no longer be honored as funds provided have been used for Uniforms, Equipment, City Park fees and more. 

FOR THOSE WHO SUBMITTED ON OR PRIOR TO 7/15/2024
In the instance of a refund being honored by our region on or before this date, funds will be reimbursed minus the $25 National Player Fee and a $10 AYSO 1463 Processing Fee (both of which are 100% not refundable).

On and after 7/15/2024, Refund Requests will no longer be honored for any and all circumstances as registration funds will then be spent on all needed assets and equipment. As a non-profit organization, we do not have additional funds to cover refunds once fees are spent on equipment, uniforms, etc. for the season. 

Post 7/15/2024, in the instance that the season is cancelled once again due to Covid-19 concerns, we will discuss the possibility of partial credits for the season. However these partial credits will subtract the following:
(1) National Fee
(2) Region service fee
(3) Any funds the region spent post 7/03 (i.e. Uniforms, Field Maintenance, Payments to the City, Equipment Purchases, etc.)
