Player Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes, between registration and the start of play, scheduling conflicts come up, a child changes his/her mind, or situations change (maybe you moved).

Our refund policy is as follows:
FALL SEASON REFUNDS AND DEADLINE:
On or Before August 17th, 2024: $35.00 refund
- Once a player has participated in practices or games, a refund will not be issued.
- The AYSO National Player Membership Fee, Credit Card Fee and Late Fee is non-refundable.

SPRING SEASON REFUNDS AND DEADLINE:
On or Before March 3rd, 2025: $35.00 refund
- Once a player has participated in practices or games, a refund will not be issued.
- The AYSO National Player Membership Fee, Credit Card Fee and Late Fee are non-refundable.

Please email the [email protected] ASAP, to notify the Region of your player’s desire to drop. Emailing the Region does not constitute a Request for Refund -it is merely a courtesy to the Region, Coaches, and other players on the wait list. You will have to fill out the Refund Request Form for it to be processed.

Refunds are normally processed within 4 to 6 weeks from first week of practice.

Background Refund for Volunteers

A background check is required to be submitted and/or renewed for ALL AYSO Volunteers each year. Please note the $25 fee is set to be paid by Volunteer with a refund given when the background comes back as "Green".

You will have to fill out the Refund Request Form for it to be processed.

Refunds are normally processed within 4 to 6 weeks after teams first week of practice.
