⚽ What Is Jamboree Style for 6U?

Jamboree style is a fun and flexible format designed specifically for our youngest players in the 6U division. Instead of fixed teams and separate practice/game nights, players meet once per week for both a short practice and a game—all on the same day.

🗓️ What to Expect Each Week:

  • 🧑‍🏫 30 minutes of skills practice led by a coach, with help from parent volunteers

  • 🎯 30 minutes of small-sided games

  • Time and Day will be given after August 12th

Each week, the players are mixed into new teams, so they get to play with different teammates and make new friends. It keeps things fresh, fun, and low-pressure—perfect for this age group!
The color jersey for each child will be announced no later than 3 days before the practice

💡 Why Jamboree Works for 6U:

  • Encourages basic skills and fun over competition

  • Builds social skills and sportsmanship

  • Simplifies scheduling for busy families—practice + game = same night

  • Reduces pressure on coaches and allows for more parent involvement

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 How Can Parents Help?

We always welcome extra hands! Parent volunteers help run simple drills, wrangle kiddos, and assist with managing mini games. You don’t need soccer experience—just a good attitude and a willingness to jump in!
