You are registering your child to play soccer for Spring 2026 in Region 325

Region 325 covers Loudon County, TN (Lenoir City, Loudon, Philadelphia, Greenback).

Do NOT register on this site if you are not playing or Volunteering for Loudon County, TN location.

We CANNOT transfer Volunteers or Players to NEW regions. If you register in the Incorrect Region, you must Re-register the Volunteer and Re-register/Pay the Fees for the Player again in the Correct Region and WAIT on a Check refund from Region 325.

You will choose between the locations of Lenoir City (Wampler-Keith Field) and Loudon (Sheila Everett Field). Game locations will vary based on the age and gender of the players.

We will only leave registration open for divisions we have spots left open after late registration ends.

Nonrefundable: AYSO Membership Fee - $25.00, the Credit Card Fee - $3.50, and the Late Fee - $10.00 - Refunds for Registration of $35.00 can take up to four to six weeks to be mailed. Please fill out our form to Request a Refund.

*** Waitlist means we are at max coach and player ratio. The fastest way to get off the waitlist is VOLUNTEER to Coach or Become a Referee. Your child will not be removed from the waitlist until background and all online training is complete. ***

We are an all-volunteer organization. Coaches and Referees are Necessary at each Age/Gender Division.

How to Register a Player

1) Be sure your child meets the age requirements.

2) Register your child online.

When completing the online registration, please be sure to:

Enter the player’s birth date correctly. The online registration form will compute the player's age and division based on their birth date as of December 31, 2025, so it may differ from their actual age!

Provide accurate parent contact information so your child's coach can contact you.

Complete the online electronic signature. We can't assign your child to a team without this!

3) The new Blue Sombrero system requires payment via a credit/debit card to complete the registration process.

4) You may also sign up to be an AYSO volunteer (coach, referee, or other volunteers) at this time. Just complete the AYSO Volunteer Form and sign up for any desired volunteer training classes. All training is FREE.

5) Your child is not registered and will not be assigned to a team until:

1) the forms must be electronically signed,

2) fees must be paid online
