NOTE: All youth program volunteers must be fingerprinted as part of the background check process. AYSO works with LiveScan for capturing fingerprints. Even if you have had a LiveScan print performed by another organization or company, you must recapture your fingerprint to become an AYSO volunteer. Your Division Director or Regional Coach Administrator will contact you regarding local fingerprinting opportunities.
1. Click on THIS LINK to begin the process to register for your LiveScan appointment.
2. Click the red button "GET FINGERPRINTED AT A SPONSORED AYSO EVENT".
3. Enter your email address and click "Proceed".
4. Check your email and enter your one time access code you received from LiveScan. Then click "Proceed".
5. Under Region Number, please enter and select your home AYSO Region. Our Region is 76. We are listed as "1P69 - AYSO - Region 69 | 1P69".
6. Enter or Verify that the information on the next page is correct and that it matches your AYSO Volunteer Profile. Please be sure to enter your CA Driver's License or ID for identity verification purposes. Click "Next".
7. Find the location at which you would like to complete the LiveScan fingerprinting. Click "Schedule Appointment". Select a time slot for your appointment and click "Next".
8. Watch the instructional video which plays on the next page. You must watch the video in full. Once the video is finished, please click "Next".
9. Read and agree to the terms on the next page. Scroll through both the upper and lower sections in full to be allowed to proceed. Click the red "I Agree" button. If "I Agree" is greyed out, you have not scrolled through both the upper and lower sections.
10. Read through the information presented and click on "Next".
11. Click on "Done". You will have received an email with your appointment information and your barcode to present to the LiveScan representative.
13. Proceed to complete the Background Check.
