9am ProTouch Complimentary Training session. Bring a soccer ball
9:30am Teammates guide their blindfolded coaches through a short obstacle course
10am-noon Music performance by H.B. Academy of Performing Arts' (APA)
10am-noon Meet and take photos with Gnarly, the OCSC mascot
11am ProTouch Complimentary Training session. Bring a soccer ball
11:30am Teammates guide their blindfolded coaches through a short obstacle course
12pm Age Lab discusses and answers questions on helping to prvent non-contact injuries
12:30pm AYSO 56 Alums playing soccer in highschool tell us what helped them succeed 
1pm  ProTouch Complimentary Training session. Bring a soccer ball
1:30pm Teammates guide their blindfolded coaches through a short obstacle course

Volunteer Sign-Up

Please sign up with the link below in Sign-up Genius. We need 1-2 per team. Enter your name, division and coach name.
Teams U10 and older earn 2 volunteer points per sign up.

(1) Auction Basket Transportation and Set-up
* Need people with pick-up trucks or larger vehicles to transfer auction baskets from a residence to Dwyer.
* Then unload baskets to auction tables at Dwyer

(2) Morning Set-up with larger vehicles
* Need people to move tables and EZ-ups from storage bin at Smith to Dwyer
* They would also join the other set-up group below to help with additional set-up

(3) Morning Set-up
* Need people to setup tables and EZ-ups to various locations at Dwyer; put up signs
* They would also join the other set-up group below to help with additional set-up
* Once auction baskets arrive, help unload them to auction tables
* Tape extension cords to ground for safety

(5) Greeters at Soccerfest Entrance
* Help people know where the location of different spots are

(5) Monitor Auction Baskets
* Need people to be present at auction baskets to monitor
* At end of each shift, ask that trash be checked and if full, taken to dumpster

(7) Help at Team Tent
* Pass out team t-shirts and sportsmanship pins to teams and track who picked them up
* Pass out Team Store orders to individuals who ordered them
* Hand out coach hats to coaches

(8) Help Staging area of Photographer
* Help line up players on team from shortest to tallest; organize any requested buddy photos
* Record team name
* Make sure names on roster printout are spelled correctly, if there are player additions or drops, etc

(9) Monitor Inflatables
* Ensure kids are using them safely

(10) Help run one of the five Soccer skills challenge stations
* Ensure kids gets turns. Instruct them how the station works. Time them for fun as requested.

(11) Clean-up - need 6 people with large vehicles
* Break down EZ-ups and tables. Return to Smith bin. Put away signs.
* Clean up any trash left at Dwyer
