11:00am                           ProTouch Complimentary Training Session.  Bring a soccer ball.

12:00pm - 2:00pm      Live Music Performance by Untilted

1:00pm                             ProTouch Complimentary Training Session.  Bring a soccer ball.

1:15pm                             First Auction Raffle Winner Drawing

1:45pm                             Second Auction Raffle Winner Drawing

Silent Auction & Raffles
Bid on Silent Auction items throughout the day
Raffle Drawings toward end of the day at 1:15pm, 1:45pm, and 2:15pm

Volunteer Sign-Up

Please sign up with the link below in Sign-up Genius. We need 1-2 per team. Enter your name, division and coach name.
Teams U10 and older earn 2 volunteer points per sign up.

(1) Auction Basket Transportation and Set-up
* Need people with pick-up trucks or larger vehicles to transfer auction baskets from a residence to Smith Elementary
* Then unload baskets to auction tables at Smith Elementary

(2) Morning Set-up
* Need people to setup tables and EZ-ups to various locations at Smith Elementary; put up signs
* Once auction baskets arrive, help unload them to auction tables
* Tape extension cords to ground for safety

(3) Greeters at Soccerfest Entrance
* Help people know where the location of different spots are, answer general questions

(4) Monitor Auction Baskets
* Need people to be present at auction baskets to monitor
* At end of each shift, ask that trash be checked and if full, taken to dumpster

(6) Help at Team Tent
* Pass out team t-shirts and sportsmanship pins to teams and track who picked them up
* Pass out Team Store orders to individuals who ordered them
* Hand out coach shirts to coaches

(7) Help Staging area of Photographer
* Help line up players on team from shortest to tallest; organize any requested buddy photos
* Record team name
* Make sure names on roster printout are spelled correctly, if there are player additions or drops, etc

(8) Monitor Inflatables
* Ensure kids are using them safely

(9) Clean-up - need 6 people with large vehicles
* Break down EZ-ups and tables. Return to Smith bin. Put away signs.
* Clean up any trash left at Smith Elementary
