If you have not already filled out and turned in this annual form, then please go online and do so. Even if you've completed a form for another position, one must be completed for Referee. (A separate form must be completed for each volunteer position).

Please select the "Register" or "Login" button at the top of this page and fill out the Volunteer Form.

In addition, each volunteer must complete CDC Concussion and Safehaven before being added to the Matchtrak scheduler. They are online courses found at aysou.org

Misc Notes for Region 56 Referees

• Discipline Policy:
"Yellow & Red Cards are highly discouraged in the U8 & U10 divisions. Use caution when using cards at the U12 level. You must complete a misconduct report on Matchtrak if you have to issue any type of misconduct.

• Special Rules for U8 Games:
No penalty kicks, No off-side (don't allow obvious "cherry picking" either) There will be only direct kicks at this  level, and only from outside the goal area for attacking team. No Goalkeepers. No throw-ins - they now must place the ball on the touchline and kick-pass it in.
