How to Register a Player:
1. Click on the ‘Register Now’ button.
2. First time users will need to create a new login.
3. Complete a player application (Be sure to complete the e-Signature portion of the form).
4. Complete the on-line payment (If you do not wish to make a payment on-line you may pay in cash, check, or credit card at one of the in-person registration events).
5. Print two copies and mail them to the following address:

How to Apply as a Volunteer:
1. Click on the ‘Register Now’ button.
2. First time users will need to create a new login
3. Complete the application and indicate the position you are interested in volunteering (Be sure to complete the e-Signature portion of the form).
4. Print two copies and mail them to the address above.

Age Divisions:
Players will be placed on teams based on their age in the following age divisions:

5U for players 4 years old on or before December 31st.
6U for players 5 years old on or before December 31st.
8U for players 6 or 7 years old on or before December 31st.
10U for players 8 or 9 years old on or before December 31st.
12U for players 10 or 11 years old on or before December 31st.
14U for players 12 or 13 years old on or before December 31st.
16U for players 14 or 15 years old on or before December 31st.
19U for players 16, 17, or 18 years old on or before December 31st.

Team Distribution:
Teams will be distributed to coaches by July 31st. Please do not expect to be contacted immediately as it may take a week or two for the coaches to contact players. If you are not contacted by August 15th, please contact your player’s Division Coordinator. Division Coordinator contact information is available on the ‘Board Members’ tab.
