599 End of Season TournamentRegion 599 Hosts an End of Season Tournament annually to determine Division champions for 10U, 12U and 14U. The EOS Tournament is traditionally held in mid-November with Thanksgiving Weekend as the fall-back rain-out date.
We understand that this creates a hardship for holiday travel, we do not have access to fields to play on and must finish the tournament and determine Division champions so teams can advance to the Area Q playoffs in December.
Lastly, our tournament has traditionally been a pool play tournament with teams getting another 3-4 games each. This means we play on a week night and some games start later than 7:00pm. We understand that some families feel this is late for a child to be up; we don't have a solution at this time and invite you to join the 599 Board to help plan for the 2020 EOS!

o Dec. 14&15 5-Cities , Region 83 Hosting at Soto Fields in Arroyo Grande B10U, B&G12U
* The 2019 EOS Schedule was revised on 11/6/19 to correct 2 errors in the Boys 10U Division, Team Rijnen has 2 games on Friday 11/22 in Round 2 and Team Horner had 2 games on Saturday 11/23 in Round 3. Each team should only have one game during a Round so the games were switched. - HBilling

Our EOS schedule will be revised if we experience rain-outs and/or need to cancel for other reasons such as poor air quality due to local fires (this happened to the Area Q Tournament in December 2017). SUBSTITUTION
A. In accordance with AYSO Rules, substitutions will occur at halftime and approximately the mid-point of each half. The clock will continue to run. This is intended as a brief stoppage to get players on and off the field, not as a snack break or coaching session. Players not being substituted must remain on the field of play during these stoppages.
B. In accordance with Area Q and Section 10’s AYSO philosophy, during an individual match no player shall participate in a fourth (4th) consecutive quarter of play unless all other players from that team participate in a third (3rd) quarter of play. For over-rostered teams, no player shall participate in a third (3rd) quarter of play unless all other players from that team participate in a second (2nd) quarter of play. Division Coordinators and/or Tournament Officials will check game cards following each match. If a violation has occurred, the match in question will be re-scored to reflect a forfeit for the offending team and the head coach of that team shall be disqualified from participating in the team’s next match.
C. During Pool Play matches, Coaches are required to rotate the players who play 2 or 3 quarters with those that play 3 or 4 quarters. No player may be out 2 or 3 quarters more than once, until all players have been out 2 or 3 quarters during Pool Play. This requirement does not apply to Semi-Final and Final matches, which are individual matches. Division Coordinators and/or Tournament Officials will check game cards during Pool Play to ensure players were substituted and rotated within this rule. If a violation has occurred, the team in question will have their final match in Pool Play re-scored as a forfeit and the head coach will be disqualified from participating in the team’s next match.
