EPIC Program – Everyone Plays In Our Community
The EPIC Program (Everyone Plays In Our Community) at Nipomo AYSO Region 716 offers a supportive and inclusive soccer experience for players who benefit from a more individualized or adaptive environment.
Our goal is simple: create a space where every player can participate in a way that is enjoyable, meaningful, and comfortable for them.
EPIC is non-competitive and focused on participation, confidence, connection, and fun. Players may participate fully, take breaks, observe, or engage in a way that works best for them. Every level of participation is valued, and the focus is always on the player experience.
The program is open to players in Nipomo and surrounding communities. All assistive devices are welcome, and we will work with families to support any accommodations needed.
EPIC Buddies are volunteers who help support players during sessions while encouraging independence, comfort, and confidence on the field.
The EPIC season runs alongside the Fall Core program. Sessions are typically held once per week, usually on Saturday mornings, and last about one hour. Final schedule details will be shared before the season begins.
Registration is completed through the Nipomo AYSO Region 716 website by selecting the EPIC Program. The program is offered at no cost by Nipomo AYSO Region 716. Families may only be responsible for the required AYSO National Fee, which is set by AYSO and paid through the registration system.
EPIC is volunteer-supported, and we welcome coaches, referees, and EPIC Buddies. All volunteers must complete AYSO registration and training, provided at no cost.
