EXISTING PLAYERS
HOW TO REGISTER IN THE eAYSO SYSTEM
We do NOT have the ability to assist with any technical difficulties locally because our national organization administers the on line registration portal (eAYSO). If you experience any technical difficulties, you must speak with AYSO's eAYSO Help Desk for assistance. They can be reached at 866-588-2976 from 9am-5pm Pacific time, Monday-Friday. If your call goes to voicemail, leave a detailed message (your name, calling from Mt. Pleasant Section 3, Area T, Region 221, phone number, and state your issue).
- Be sure to allow pop-ups in your browser while visiting the eAYSO website. If you find yourself having difficulty on the site (e.g., you just keep clicking and the site doesn’t seem to do anything), it is likely your popup blocker.
- Go to the registration portal: www.eAYSO.org
- If you have used the eAYSO system previously: Fill in your Login E-Mail and Password to login.
- Use the forgotten e-mail or forgotten password functionality if you have forgotten your credentials.
- If that doesn’t work, use the help desk information above.
- Skip the next step intended for new users
- If you have NOT used the eAYSO system previously: For example, you may have used a paper application form last year and now want to register online.
- Click “My child has played in AYSO, but we have never used eAYSO”. You must complete a two-step process to continue:
- First, you will create an eAYSO account. Fill in Parent First Name, Last Name, and Home Phone. Click the “Next” button. Login E-mail, Password, confirm password, secret question, and answer. Click the “Next” button.
- Second, you will link in the player information. You must call AYSO national at 866-588-2976, any time Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Tell them you need to link previous player information to your newly created eAYSO account, they will ask for the player name(s) and your e-mail address, then they will do the rest. If your call goes to voice mail, leave a detailed message (your name, your e-mail address, your child(ren)’s name, calling from Mt. Pleasant Section 3, Area T, Region 221, phone number, requesting they to link child(ren)).
- Once you receive confirmation that your child(ren) have been linked, return to www.eAYSO.org and fill in your Login E-Mail and Password to login.
- Use the forgotten e-mail or forgotten password functionality if you have forgotten your credentials.
- If that doesn’t work, use the help desk information above.
- On the left side of the page under "Apply for my children to play", click the link for “Application for a returning player”.
- A screen titled “Returning Player” should appear and will list each player for whom you have previously applied. For each child, you must click on their name and go through the entire process one child at a time.
- On the Choose a Region page, select the option “I want my child(ren) to play in region, and type “221” in the box next to this option. If prompted, enter your child’s DOB and Gender to ensure the age group is available. Click the “Next” button.
- Please enter as much information as possible about BOTH parents/guardians. When you are done, click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
- All fields in red must be completed before you can move on to the next screen.
- This information is important in case we need to contact you due to an emergency.
- The system will permit the entry of only one parent or guardian if that is the case. When you are done, click the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
- Please enter the player’s information, and update the GRADE field EACH YEAR you perform this.
- All fields in red must be completed before you can move on to the next screen.
- EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: It is imperative that you correctly update the grade from one year to the next, as it will determine whether your child is registered into the appropriate division.
- For the field marked “School”, please choose the school that your child will attend in September.
- In the field marked “Location Code”, please choose the grade your child will be entering in September.
- If the name of your child’s school does not appear, please choose a school that has the same grades as the school your child attends.
- Please note that there is no need to select a uniform size. Uniforms, if needed, are to be ordered now through Mt. Kisco Sports.
- In the box that indicates to list the name of any sibling near in age that you wish to be placed on the same team as your child, you can list siblings or a friend with whom you want your child to play. We will do our best, but there are no guarantees and no refunds due to team placements.
- Please use the next box to inform us of any medical issues
- Complete the emergency contact and medical insurance information
- Click the “Next” button when you are done
- Please read the disclaimer, assumption of risk, waiver, acknowledgement and consent language. Click the “Next” button if you agree to these terms and conditions
- Read the Region Information supplied. Click the “Next” button.
- Parent Jobs – we are an all-volunteer organization and we need help every year with a variety of jobs. Please consider volunteering as a coach, assistant coach, or team parent. No soccer experience is needed! Training will be provided and takes a minimal commitment. It’s a great way to spend time with your children. Please select a job that you can do and we will contact you. Click the “Next” button.
- Payment: Recommended approach: Pay online via credit card. By doing so, you do NOT have to come in person to registration or provide any paper copies of the forms. If you wish to pay via credit card, select the Online Payment Via Credit Card option
- Fill in all of the billing information and payment information and click the “Next” button. Follow all of the instructions to complete the charge process.
- Skip the alternate approach step
- Payment: Alternate approach: Otherwise, if you prefer to pay by check or cash at the in-person registration, select that option. You will have to drop off two copies of your completed registration form at one of the in-person registration sessions which are scheduled and you will need to bring payment. Be sure to check the box next to each player you will register.
- Non-Credit Card Payment & Print – click on the player(s) whose applications you want to print.
- To complete the process, you must print two copies per player, e-sign them and bring them with you to one of our in-person registration sessions. Please note that delays at in-person registration are beyond the control of volunteer staff.
Congratulations! You’re done for that child!
What if I have multiple children to register? Please note that you can only register one new player at a time, so once the entire process is completed, you will be returned to the home screen of “My eAYSO”. On the left side of the page under "Apply for my children to play", click the link for “Application for a returning player” and the process will start again for the next child.
