Required Education
We are dedicated to providing a trained instructor to each player. As such, assistant coaching candidates are required to take two training classes before assisting a head coach in leading a team. A third course, concussion training, while optional, is strongly encouraged.

In summary, assistant coaches may complete ALL TRAINING ONLINE. We do ask that assistant coaches strive to take LIVE courses to obtain the most beneficial training available. However, we understand that circumstances may not allow each assistant coach to complete the coaches age-appropriate training live. If you are an assistant coach for more than one year, we also ask that you try to attend LIVE course training.
