Note: We require all Head Coaches to take "age appropriate" coaches training in a LIVE course. Assistant coaches may take online training until such time as they can attend a LIVE course.

How to return as a coach

1. Sign up to return as a coach volunteer:
   1. Go to www.eayso.org and login
   2. Click "Apply as a returning adult volunteer"
   3. Complete the process online of electronically signing the documents and registering yourself.
2. Take U-6 Coach, U-8 Coach, or U-10 Coach Training (if not already certified)
   1. ONLINE (Assistant coaches only; Head coaches must take LIVE):
      1. Go to www.aysotraining.org and sign in using your eAYSO number and last name.
      2. Press Courses and select the appropriate coach course
      3. You will then have to log in again to get the course going 
      4. Upon successful completion the volunteer will automatically be credited with taking the course
      5. Regardless, print/save your certificate to ensure your course completion is recorded in case of any system issues
   2. LIVE: (Head and Assistant coaches are encouraged to attend; Head coaches must take LIVE):
      1. Go to www.eayso.org and sign in
      2. Press "Enroll to take a class"
      3. Filter the results by using State = "NY", Section = "3", and Area = "T".
      4. When you have located the coaches course, check the circle off and click the "Course Signup" button
      5. Check the circle and click "Add attendee to program roster"
      6. A green message "Added Successfully" indicates you were added to the roster.
3. Take AYSO CDC Concussion Awareness (Optional)
   1. ONLINE:
      1. Go to www.aysotraining.org and sign in using your eAYSO number and last name.
      2. Press Courses and select the appropriate course
      3. You will then have to log in again to get the course going 
      4. Upon successful completion the volunteer will automatically be credited with taking the course
