Volunteers

AYSO Region 1441 is a 100% volunteer run organization. All coaches, board members and referees are volunteers. The number of teams we are able to form is limited by the number of parents like you who volunteer to coach. Please consider volunteering to coach.

Registration Instructions

Registration is completely online this year.
If you do not already have an account with us, click here to create an account.
Login and go to My Account.
If you have played with us previously your players will be listed under "Participants".
To add a new player, click the "..." next to "Participants" to "Add Participant", follow the instructions.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE REGION, UPLOAD A BIRTH CERTIFICATE SO WE CAN VERIFY YOUR PLAYER'S AGE. This is not required for returning players.
Once registration opens for a division your player is eligible for, that program will be available. Remember, while the VIP program will be available to every player, this program is for players with special needs only, available through Region 46. More info.
Select the program -- the fees listed here do not include the $20 AYSO National fee. That will be added when you checkout.
After updating or confirming the player information, there will be a series of questions to answer and waivers to view and accept. Please carefully review each one before electronically signing. Note that some waivers include links to download more information.

Here you will have an opportunity to volunteer. We cannot run the program without our volunteers. Please consider volunteering to be a Coach, a Referee, a Coach, a Board Member or a Coach (we need coaches!).

Registration FAQs

Waitlists

We use the waitlist as a tool to ensure that you are not charged unless we can place you on a team. There is a national fee that is non-refundable and we do not want you to be charged for this unless we can secure you a place on a team. Please act as if you will be on a team. We will actively try to ensure that everyone on our waitlist before July 1st gets on a team. You will get updates on a regular basis with the status in your division.

Refund Policy

Division fees will be fully refundable up to June 30th. The division fees do not include the AYSO National fee which is not refundable or the credit card payment fee. After July 1st no refund will given unless it is for extreme circumstances, such as military or injuries. These will be reviewed on case by case. A written explanation of why you think you should get a refund should be submitted to [email protected]

EPIC/VIP Program
We do not currently have an EPIC or VIP program in our region. This is AYSO's program for players with special needs. If you are interested in this program, you can contact Valencia Region 678 or Saugus Region 46

Is my child in the right division?
If you entered your child's birthdate right - your only option will be to add them to the correct division. The division names can be misleading - think of 12U as "Under 12" - Only players that will NOT turn 12 will be in that division. If you have questions you can check out the age divisions here

Can my child be on a team with their friend?
We do our best to ensure that our littlest players in the non-competitive league are with friends - HOWEVER - no team placement is guaranteed. Players in divisions 10U and up will be placed on teams randomly based on skill levels. One of the governing philosophies of AYSO is balanced teams. One of the ways we ensure balanced teams is by removing the human aspect out of the teams and using the system's computer to form and balance teams.

But what if I need a friend on my team for carpool?
Unfortunately we make no exceptions to this rule. Hopefully your teams will practice at the same time or you can make a new friend on the team.
