AYSO is 100% volunteer-powered! From coaching and refereeing to team parents and board members, we rely on our community to help bring soccer to life for every child.

Roles We Need:

👟 Coaches & Assistant Coaches

• Lead practices and games (1–4 hours/week)
• Training, drills, and guidance provided
• No soccer experience needed — just enthusiasm!

🟨 Referees

• Support fair, safe, and fun games
• Flexible schedule — ref your own child’s game or others
• Free referee certification provided

👪 Team Parents

• Help organize snacks, photos, and team communication
• Support the coach and families

🛠️ Board & Admin Volunteers

• Help with registration, events, uniforms, scheduling, and more
• Great for those who prefer behind-the-scenes roles
