AYSO 820: MENIFEE

HOW TO SIGN-UP FOR REGIONAL REFEREE CLASS

  1. Register as Volunteer Referee thru Sports Connect: http://www.ayso820.org
    • Instructions how to register as an adult volunteer.
      • If you are a new volunteer, you need to set up a Sports Connect account and be assigned a new 9 digit Blue Sombrero ID#.  Be sure to use your full legal name.
      • If you are a returning volunteer, you should be able to log into your account and do your volunteer application.  Do not create a new account if you can't remember your password.  Use the password reset button instead.
    • Instructions how to register as a youth volunteer.
      • If you have a youth volunteer trying to sign in, they too must have their own Blue Sombrero ID #. It cannot be the same as yours.  The system needs every person to have a unique AYSO ID to be able to track certifications.
      • Add your child as an additional account holder (in the settings in your account).  They will receive an email with a link to create their account.  They must use a unique email and password to create their own account.  Once that is done, they can do a volunteer application and take their online classes.  Youth volunteers (under 18) do not need to do a background check, Livescan, or take SafeSport.

How to access EtrainU

  1. To access your eTrainU account, you must log into your Regions Sports Connect account where you completed an online volunteer application. Once logged in you will see the “Welcome Page”.
  2. Then click on the “Volunteer” tab, located on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Click on the AYSOU button under your volunteer record.
  4. You will then land on the eTrainU welcome page.
  5. Click on "Training Library" to take online classes, and "Training Event" to register for an in-person training class.
