AYSO 820 Menifee Refund Policy
All refund requests will be subject to the withholding of the $25.00 National Membership fee, and are subject to approval by the Regional Commissioner, Registrar, and Treasurer.
The National Membership Fee of $25.00 is an initial fee required by AYSO National for each individual player, payable once per year. It provides secondary accident insurance for each player, as well as a subscription to the PLAYSOCCER magazine.
Due to current local, county and state recommendations, uniform returns will not be accepted and cannot be refunded. This policy has been implemented in regard to the health and welfare of each individual player. If the player has received a uniform, $30 will be deducted from the refund.
Refund requests initiated after the commencement of team activities will be subject to a prorated refund amount, equivalent to the amount of weeks left in the season, less the National Fee and player costs.
In the event of cancellation of a season after the first team activities, the AYSO National Fee, uniform costs, and any other player costs incurred by the region will be deducted from the refund.
