Balanced Teams is One of our Six AYSO Philosophies
In order for the players to have the best experience on the field, and in accordance with AYSO philosophies, we do our best to balance teams.

For 5u-8u, our Registrar and Division Manager put the teams together based on age and rating from the previous season to maintain player balance from team to team.

For 10u and above, our Coach Administrator and Division Manager hold a player draft to fairly balance teams, which is based on ratings of the players from the past season.
