Regional Commissioners must follow these step-by-step instructions on how to roster a National Games team to properly designate and submit your Region's roster to the National Office.

Initial team rosters are due by Feb. 1, 2016. Failure to submit a roster by the initial due date may jeopardize the team's playing spot in the Games. Changes may be made to the roster until April 10, 2016 and any changes made after this date will be accompanied by a $25 late fee per eligible player or coach added. Rosters will be frozen on May 1, 2016 and no further changes will be permitted.
