Mark your calendars for National Games Important Dates and Deadlines. Be sure to check back periodically for updates.
9/10/15: First round acceptance deadline. The registration fee, Region Response Form and Governing Rules Update & Acknowledgment Form must be RECEIVED at the National Office by this date, otherwise the lottery slot will be automatically forfeited.
9/14/15: First round of acceptances and second round draw results posted.
10/8/15: Second round acceptance deadline. The registration fee, Region Response Form and Governing Rules Update & Acknowledgment Form must be RECEIVED at the National Office by this date otherwise, the lottery slot will be automatically forfeited.
10/12/15: Second round of acceptances and third round draw results posted.
11/5/15: Third round acceptance deadline. The registration fee, Region Response Form and Governing Rules Update & Acknowledgment Form must be RECEIVED at the National Office by this date, otherwise the lottery slot will be automatically forfeited.
11/9/15: Third round of acceptances posted.
*After the third round, Regions will be invited on an individual basis based on their lottery draw seeding and geographical location will no longer be taken into account. If your Region’s invited after the third round, please reference your invitation for the acceptance deadline date. Results will be updated on the website on a weekly basis.
2/1/16: Deadline for Regional Commissioners to submit initial rosters. A Region that hasn’t submitted a roster and identified a coach by this date will be considered to have withdrawn their acceptance and will be replaced by the next eligible Region in the lottery. Please follow the instructions “How to Roster Your National Games Team.”
3/1/16: Deadline to submit the team t-shirt order form to receive requested sizes.
3/1/16: Deadline for coaches to complete and be credited for all necessary coach certifications.
4/1/16: Deadline to submit image of uniforms to the National Office. Email the Events Department your photos.
4/1/16: Deadline to withdraw and receive a refund.
4/1/16: Eligible player list frozen. Only eligible players in AYSO’s Player and Volunteer Member Registration System are permitted to play in the Games.
5/15/16: Roster changes after this date will be accompanied by a $25 late fee per eligible player and coach added.
6/15/16: Rosters frozen and no further changes permitted.
6/23/16: Game schedule available on National Games website
