After conducting six rounds of the National Games Lottery Draw and extending close to 600 invitations, there are still some open playing spots available for the National Games 2016 in Palm Beach County, Fla.
The National Office is opening up registration for the remaining playing spots to all Regions on a first-come, first-served basis, starting February 3, 2016.
How does open registration work?
Regional Commissioners must fill out and mail the complete registration package, which includes the Region Acceptance Form and the Governing Rules Acknowledgement Form with the registration fee to the National Office no earlier than February 3, 2016. Registrations that are received prior to February 3 may be disqualified.
The registration fee must be submitted in the form of a Region check. Regions will secure their playing spot when the National Office receives the registration package. The National Office will not hold spots by request in any form. In the event that there is a surplus of registrations, regions will be put on a waiting list in the order that the registrations were received. If teams drop out during the time leading up to the games, the Regional Commissioner on the waiting list will be contacted.

Regional Commissioners will receive a confirmation email if the Region has been accepted to participate or if they have been put on the waiting list. Registration checks will be mailed to the Regional Commissioner if the Region is not accepted.
