Schedule of Events

Let the Games Begin! Join us in Palm Beach County, Fla., for the fun and excitement of the AYSO National Games. The National Games is a week-long festival of soccer competition, making new friends and fun in the sun. They’ll be played on the grounds of the International Polo Club Palm Beach, one of the world’s great sporting facilities. This amazing event only comes around every other year so don’t miss out! Here’s a schedule of events for the week:

Tuesday: Coach Check-in–Hilton West Palm Beach, July 5, 2016
Coach check-in is when coaches pick up everything they need for the Games. At check-in, the coach will pick-up their coach ID badge, player cards and other materials. This is the coach's opportunity to ask any National Games questions they may have to the experts. Players are not required to be present at coach check-in.

Tuesday: Mandatory Coach and Referee Meeting – Hilton West Palm Beach, July 5, 2016
This mandatory meeting will provide information to all coaches and referees on how to have a successful National Games. We will review important roles, procedures, safety and more!

Wednesday Day: Soccerfest – International Polo Club Palm Beach, July 6, 2016
Soccerfest is a lot of the player’s favorite part of the National Games! On Wednesday, players will be divided into random teams based on age. At Soccerfest there’s no pressure of winning or losing—the only goal is to have fun and meet new friends from all across the country.

Wednesday Night: Youth Event – Rapids Water Park, July 6, 2016

On Wednesday evening, players of all ages will gather with their new friends from SoccerFest for a night of fun at Rapids Water Park. The water park includes a wave pool, 35 water slides and a quarter mile lazy river.

Thursday-Saturday: Pool Play and Playoffs – International Polo Club Palm Beach, July 7-9, 2016
U-12-U-19: Each team plays five games within their bracket. Teams that win their bracket will advance to playoffs on Saturday and Sunday.
U-10: Teams will play progressive balanced competition for a total of seven games Thursday through Sunday.

Sunday: Playoffs and Championship – International Polo Club Palm Beach, July 10 2016
U-12-U-19: Teams will be entered into a single elimination playoff bracket within their division that begins Saturday. Playoffs will continue on Sunday with a final championship game to determine first place in each division.
U-10: At the end of the final pool play on Sunday, the highest ranking team in each bracket will win first place.
