The International Football Association Board (IFAB) is the authority world-wide defining the laws fo the game.
IFAB 5 members: FIFA, England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. FIFA has 4 votes and the others 1 vote.
Féderation International de Football Association (FIFA) translated to International Federation of Association Football
represents many ((211) of the world soccer asso ciations in world countries. United States Soccer Federation (USSF) represents the USA. AYSO is the largest volunteer based soccer organization in USSF.
