Field Leveling RFP

We are seeking a licensed and insured contractor to perform surface leveling work on several of the soccer fields. Our first event on the fields is on July 14, 2025. Ideally, the work would be complete before this, but please still consider providing a proposal if work can't be done until after then. 

Please visit the soccer fields and conduct an assessment.

Provide the following in your proposal: 

• Recommendations for Repair
• Scope of Work
• Specifications for surface leveling materials and methods
• Required testing and quality control procedures, if any
• Timeline for Completion
• Price Breakdown
• Payment terms and schedule
• Confirm license and insurance

Lawn Maintenance RFP

We are seeking a licensed and insured contractor to maintain the soccer fields, concession area, and parking area. Maintenance does not include the Ironwood Township owned playground and pavilion. Our first event on the fields is on July 14, 2025.
