Refund Policy for AYSO Region 258 Spring Valley / Lemon GroveThe Regional Commissioner must receive notification of a player’s resignation from the league. All requests for refund of player registration fees must be submitted in writing or email.
Before August 1st: A full refund will be issued in the amount paid by parent,
minus $17.50 to cover fees incurred by Region for National Player Membership fees, CC charges or other expenses.
After August 1st: A refund
may be issued in the amount paid by parent,
minus $17.50 to cover fees incurred by Region for National Player Membership fees, CC charges or other expenses. If uniform has been distributed to player, it must be returned in good shape and as a complete set otherwise the full cost will be deducted from the refund.
There will be
NO REFUNDS after the division has closed and rosters have been finalized. All refund requests can be made in writing by mail or e-mail. Refund shall be payable to person who remitted payment and shall include a name and address for the refund to be mailed, and a phone number. Adjustments will be made to refunds for multiplayer discounts.
Any player registered in the Matrix program seeking refunds may be subject to additional non recoverable Cal South / Presidio registration fees, team registration and uniform costs the league has already paid.
