AYSO Region 1225 – Game News
20 October 2018
Saturday, 20 October 2018, was a marvelous day to play soccer! Not only were family and friends eager to sit under the warm sun and watch soccer games, but the soccer players were eager to play soccer. Over the last few weeks, these players have not only learned but have put into practice the all the many skills they have learned. Saturday was that perfect mid fall day to once again show off those skills. These soccer players have even learned that not every game will be won, to accept the loss with honor, and to accept the win with grace. Without the help and sound advice from the coaches and assistant coaches, and volunteering their time, these soccer players would not have had this opportunity to play AYSO soccer. Thank you, coaches and assistant coaches! Thank you, parents! Next Saturday, we’ll be thanking the volunteers, parents, and players with an end of the season barbeque. Thank you, again, to all family and friends who come out on a weekly basis to cheer on all the players. We appreciate your continual support.
