Launch the NEW Online Scheduler

Provides referees with access to the Region's online Referee Scheduler. Please use this tool to sign-up for all 10U, 12U and 14U games.

If you don't yet have access to the Referee Scheduler, please click on the provided link to the website and click on “Sign Up”.  Fill in the requested information and click the "Sign Up" button. Notification will be sent to the Referee Administrator, who will grant your access upon verification of your required certifications.

The following classes are currently being offered before the Spring 2026 season

More classes will be added as the season approaches.

To sign up for these classes, or any others:

• Login and go to My Account
• Go to the Volunteer tab (or register as a Volunteer, if not already)
• Click AYSOU (also, see Accessing AYSOU)
• Click Training Event
• Use the search boxes to search for classes
• New referees will want to take one of the Regional Referee courses. Note that there are both fully in-person courses, and courses that are partially online and partially in person.
