Registration Process

1. Access the registration portal by visiting our website: https://ayso.bluesombrero.com/region8015. If you are reading this, you are here :)
2. In the upper right corner of our website, there are two buttons: LOGIN and REGISTER NOW. Click REGISTER NOW.
3. If you are a returning Parent or Player, you can input your user name and password for our system to get started. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
4. If you are registering a new player, ENTER PARTICIPANT information for EACH player you want to register. OR, if you are a returning player, click on the button "Program Available" next to the player's name.
5. You will then be able to "Select" the Division your child falls into depending on their age. To simplify registration, we have grouped ages of children together (though they will still be placed on age-appropriate teams). All children ages 8 - 11 will be registered in the “U12 Division,” and all children ages 5 - 7 will be registered in the “U8 Division.” If your child is 5, they have the option to register for the Playground Division (required parent participation) or for team play in the “U8 Division.”
6. If you are registering multiple children, do this for each child you are registering by clicking "Next Player."
7. When you are done selecting programs for each child, click "Continue" at the bottom.
8. Fill out the program questions as requested. Be sure to View/Accept each of the required sheets. Click "Continue" at the bottom.
9. On the next page, please select how you can help volunteer. AYSO is a pure volunteer organization. Every family should seriously consider volunteering in some capacity. Help us out by selecting to be either a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager, Referee, Board Member or Team Parent. If you have other skills or ideas for ways to help, please let us know!
10. When you agree to volunteer, you will need to fill out some Additional Information about you so that we can do a Background check and clear you for service!
11. Lastly, you will see your Order Summary. Click Continue and proceed to Check Out.
12. Fill out the relevant payment information and click "Submit Order."

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes: complete uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), supplemental accident insurance, and weekly training and games. 
Playground pricing is $45/player 
U8 pricing is $55/player 
U12 pricing is $65/player   

Player Needs

Players are responsible for providing their own water bottle and shin guards for practices and games. Closed-toed athletic shoes are required and soccer cleats are encouraged. We have a limited supply of used cleats and shin guards that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Volunteer Needs

AYSO is a pure volunteer organization. Every family should seriously consider volunteering in some capacity. We can only field as many teams as we have coaches and we can only run as many games as we have referees for. Help us out by selecting to be either a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager, Referee, Board Member, or Team Parent. We will help you learn your role - it's not rocket science! But we do need the manpower. So please sign up to volunteer and we will reach out!
