Refund/Coupon Policy Information

As of 4-1-2022, we have made some changes so please read this entire page and all sections before registering your child for spring soccer.

Refund Information

All refunds will not include the $2.75 service fee.
National fees cannot be refunded by the region.
Once a uniform has been ordered for a player, the uniform cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If the uniform can be used for another player the uniform cost will be refunded.
Once a player is issued a uniform, no refund will be given if the player gets a positive Covid-19 diagnosis and is unable to play or finish the season.
Once a player is issued a uniform, no refund will be given if the player cannot play due to a positive Covid-19 diagnosis within the player's household.
When the first game is played, the only refund that will be issued are if you are moving or for a medical situation other than Covid-19. After that, only a partial refund will be issued.
Starting on 4-1-2022 or when the first game is played, if Illinois Region 1 moves to a different phase and as a result soccer cannot be played, no refund will be issued. At that point, we will have already paid for the player National AYSO dues, uniforms, our Park District fee for the use of the fields.
If Illinois Region 1 moves to a different phase and as a result soccer cannot be played prior to April 14th, a full refund will only be issued less a transaction fee.
Refund requests must be made by email to [email protected] and include players name, parents name, and address for refund.
