HOW TO REGISTER - CHILDREN

STEP 1:  LOG IN to your Blue Sombrero account by clicking on the LOG IN tab in the upper right-hand corner of this web page;

·         if you have not created a Blue Sombrero account at this website then click on the REGISTER NOW button and complete the create new account information.

STEP 2: Once you login you will see your account information, look in the upper right-hand corner for the red Register now button and click on it.

STEP 3: select “I am a parent or guardian registering a participant”

STEP 4: Add New “Participant” player information then click on “add another participant” or “continue”

STEP 5: Program information will show the age division available for the participant(s), click on the green +register button to register your child in that age division that is available then click on continue

STEP 6: complete the Program Information for each participant, and check the boxes for the two waivers. NOTE only the items with an * are required and needed, then click continue

STEP 7: Click on the green “Click here to eSign form” 

STEP 8: Review the information on the player application then at the bottom click the checkbox and select the radio button that applies and type your name in the yellow box then scroll down to read the fine print then click on “continue to review”.

STEP 9: Scroll down the form again to review it and then click “submit signed player registration” to complete this form.

STEP 10: click continue

STEP 11: click on “sign up” for volunteering to help with spring soccer.  This is run entirely by volunteers so fill out the volunteer form and choose a position and then click continue

STEP 12: select the payment option of your choice then click continue

STEP 13: enter your credit card information then click continue.  Review your order and check the terms & conditions box, then click “continue” and “complete order”.   You will get an order confirmation and your player’s registration is complete.
