Challenge FC

Our Academy Program is a feeder into our Challenge FC Club Program.

In the spring of 2015, AYSO National approved the formation of the Challenge Football Club (FC). The purpose of the program is to establish a highly competitive program within AYSO increasing the retention of AYSO players by offering a "club" program for those players desiring to play at a higher level. Additionally, the "club" program would provide an opportunity to former AYSO members, now participating on "club" teams outside of AYSO, to return to the organization. Challenge FC is a member of the Arizona Youth Soccer Association(AYSA). While this is a "club" organization, each coach, trainer and administrator is responsible for adhering to the basic principles of the AYSO philosophy.

Academy Program Information

7U - 10U Competitive Program

The Academy Program offers a higher level of play and coaching/training than our recreational program. It is where players can take their game to another level, become a better soccer player and have fun. This program offers highly skilled coaches/trainers fully dedicated to the development of our youth.

The competitive program consists of a longer season with more opportunities for competition via tournaments. The season typically starts at the beginning of July with training and tournament preparation, various local and travel tournaments, league in the Fall (September through November) and Winter (December through March), and post league tournaments.

If this is your first time registering, please note there is NO fee due at the time of the initial Academy registration until your player has been accepted and transferred to a team. You will receive an email notifying you of the team assignment with a request to log back in, accept and pay your players' balance. At that time, you have three payment options (pay in full, pay in two installments due 5/31 and 7/31, or four installments due 5/31, 6/30, 7/31 and 8/31). If you choose installment payments, your card will be automatically billed on the due dates.

REFUND POLICY

In the unfortunate event, your child is unable to participate after registration is complete, refund requests must be sent via email to [email protected].

A $17.50 Membership Fee is charged to each registration and this fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Registration is the $17.50 Membership Fee + Registration Fee.
If your refund request is submitted more than 30 days before the first scheduled game, a full refund of the Registration Fee will be issued.
If a request is submitted less than 30 days before the first scheduled game, then only a prorated portion of the Registration Fee will be issued by the months remaining of the season.
