All requests for refund must be submitted in writing via email at: [email protected]
or by U.S mail to : AYSO 797

Nuevo CA 92567 Refund request must include the following: *Players name and date of birth
*Address and name to mail the refund to
*Telephone number in case the AYSO registrar or Treasurer needs to contact you
No refunds will be issued after the player has played in the first game of the season except for the following reasons: *The child is injured and unable to play (doctor's note required)
*The Child has moved out of the area.
All such refunds will be subject to a $20 fee and any other fees paid by the Region 797 (eg. Insurance, uniform, photographs, and medals/trophies)
No refund will be issued for the Spring programs ( Extra, Spring Select or Short sided season)
