Use this link to submit final game scores, pictures of game cards, high school substitution timesheets
1) All teams, whether home or away, need to submit a Match Report.
2) Immediately after the game, make sure to take a photo of your own game card as well as the completed game card from the other team.
3) Make sure all 3 referee names are listed.
4) For 16U-19U divisions teams, submit a photo of the substitution time sheet form for both teams.
5) Match reports need to be submitted within 48 hours otherwise points will be deducted from team standings after a certain amount of late/missing scores.
6) If the game is a forfeit, a match report still needs to be submitted. Upload ANY photo in place of the game card in order to submit the report.
