Dates: Friday, December 12th - Sunday, December 14th

IMPORTANT NOTES & LINKS

  • Check-in for teams will be 45 minutes prior to their first game of the day Coach needs to check in with their entire team at the check in tent.   

  • Coach needs to have their roster, ID badge, player forms and 4 game cards filled out in jersey number order.  Game card link has been provided below. Please print the document on only one side of the paper
  • Referees will only be doing an equipment check and ensuring there is a hand stamp on the players.

  • Coaches will need to be wearing their coach badge during the match.   

  •  FINALS: Only the winners of the semi-finals games on Sunday will move on to play a second game that day, there will NOT be a consolation game.  Teams who finish in first place will advance to Section 1 playoffs February 21-22, 2026.

Program Overview

2025 AREA INTERLEAGUE PROGRAM (FALL)

In the 2025 season, Area R will partner with Area's N for additional teams to play and add variety within the spring season.

IMPORTANT! 

Coach Badge (Required)
Coach and Assistant Coaches are required to have Identification Badges. Coach badge must be worn at all times during pre-match activities and for the duration of the match.

Match Cards (Required) 
Match card is required for all matches. Each coach should fill out a match card for their team prior to each match.  The card must be filled out completely and turned into the referee prior to the start of the match along with the Team Photo Roster. Players' full name should be entered in jersey number order. The host region is required to maintain the match cards until after the post-season tournaments have been completed.

Use this link to submit final game scores, pictures of game cards, high school substitution timesheets



1) All teams, whether home or away, need to submit a Match Report. 

2) Immediately after the game, make sure to take a photo of your own game card as well as the completed game card from the other team

3) Make sure all 3 referee names are listed

4) For 16U-19U divisions teams, submit a photo of the substitution time sheet form for both teams

5) Match reports need to be submitted within 48 hours otherwise points will be deducted from team standings after a certain amount of late/missing scores.

6) If the game is a forfeit, a match report still needs to be submitted. Upload ANY photo in place of the game card in order to submit the report.
