AYSO divides the country for administrative purposes into 13 geographic Sections based on player population. Sections are further divided into Areas with eight in Section 2. Each Area supports and mentors a number of Regions, which is where players and parents sign up to participate in our programs.
Regions are defined by communities. In highly populated areas, regional territories will "touch" while in other parts of the country there may be several hundreds of miles between regions.
Please note that the city or geographic area listed below is the central city or location for the area or region. It does not necessarily reflect the region's operating area.
