Spring 2024 Program Details
Important age group notes:
5U - 8U age groups will be coached by our UK Coach partners. Starting at 6U, each age group will have one practice, one game (on Sundays), and one Fun Friday drop-in will provide up to three soccer sessions each week.
Season Dates: The 5U-8U program will run the week of 3/18/24 to 6/9/24
- Player development is emphasized
- Professional UK Coaches
- Emphasis on positive coaching and sportsmanship
- Everyone plays
- Uniforms are provided
- All play will occur on Burlingame fields
10U - 19U age groups will be coached by our fall volunteer AYSO coaches. One practice, one game (on Sundays), and one Fun Friday drop-in will provide up to three soccer sessions each week.
Season Dates: The 10U - 19U program will start mid-February and run through 5/21/24.
- One weekday practice and one Sunday game per week, excluding holiday weekends
- Select and recreational levels
- Travel to compete against other teams from the peninsula
- Teams may choose to participate in the El Palo Alto tournament April 27-28
- Emphasis on positive coaching and sportsmanship
- Everyone plays, just like in the fall season
- U10 - 14 may participate in drop-in Fun Friday sessions for additional training and game experience
- Uniforms are provided
- Coaches are selected from the best of the fall season
- Eligible age groups: Under 5 to Under 19 (birth years 2005 - 2019)
- Session dates and levels:
- 16U-19U: March-May; Level: Select
- 10U-14U: March-May; Levels: Recreational AND Select
- 7U-8U: March-early June; Level: Recreational
- 5U-6U: March-early June; Level: Developmental
- Sessions per week: 6U and above one practice and one game per week on SUNDAYS + Fun Friday Drop-In
- Safety precautions: Protocols and requirements for players, coaches, other volunteers and spectators will be shared once we are closer to the start of the season, and will reflect state and local guidelines.
