Spring 2024 Program Details

5U - 8U age groups will be coached by our UK Coach partners. Starting at 6U, each age group will have one practice, one game (on Sundays), and one Fun Friday drop-in will provide up to three soccer sessions each week. 

Season Dates: The 5U-8U program will run the week of 3/18/24 to 6/9/24

• Player development is emphasized
• Professional UK Coaches
• Emphasis on positive coaching and sportsmanship
• Everyone plays
• Uniforms are provided
• All play will occur on Burlingame fields

10U - 19U age groups will be coached by our fall volunteer AYSO coaches. One practice, one game (on Sundays), and one Fun Friday drop-in will provide up to three soccer sessions each week.

Season Dates: The 10U - 19U program will start mid-February and run through 5/21/24.

• One weekday practice and one Sunday game per week, excluding holiday weekends
• Select and recreational levels
• Travel to compete against other teams from the peninsula
• Teams may choose to participate in the El Palo Alto tournament April 27-28
• Emphasis on positive coaching and sportsmanship
• Everyone plays, just like in the fall season
• U10 - 14 may participate in drop-in Fun Friday sessions for additional training and game experience
• Uniforms are provided
• Coaches are selected from the best of the fall season

• Eligible age groups: Under 5 to Under 19 (birth years 2005 - 2019)
• Session dates and levels:
  • 16U-19U: March-May; Level: Select
  • 10U-14U: March-May; Levels: Recreational AND Select
  • 7U-8U: March-early June; Level: Recreational
  • 5U-6U: March-early June; Level: Developmental
• Sessions per week: 6U and above one practice and one game per week on SUNDAYS + Fun Friday Drop-In
• Safety precautions: Protocols and requirements for players, coaches, other volunteers and spectators will be shared once we are closer to the start of the season, and will reflect state and local guidelines.

Spring season games start in March for all divisions:
>> The first game for 5U-8U divisions will be March 24th.  Games for 5U - 8U will be held on Washington Park.
>> The first game for the 10U and older divisions will be March 3rd.  Games for 10U and older divisions will be on Burlingame fields as well as other fields in nearby towns.  Please contact your coach for details.

Practices will be during the week on Burlingame fields.
>> Practices for the 5U through 8U divisions will be on Murray Field, at 250 Anza Blvd. Practices will start on Monday, 3/18.
>> Practices for 10U and older divisions will vary; please contact your coach for details.

What is a Fun Friday Session?

It's a fun scrimmage session. Come with an AYSO friend and join a pickup game supervised by our UK coaches. If you miss a practice during the week, this is also a great opportunity to get more playing time in!

Fun Friday sessions are hosted on the parking lot side of Murray Field
