Q. Is this just for “AYSO Adults?”
A. No. Whilst we strongly encourage all current parents, coaches, referees, volunteers and alumni of AYSO to join, the program is open to anyone who shares our belief of playing in a safe, fair and fun soccer environment.

Q. Is it Co-ed?
A. Yes, we are open to both men and women. We will play balanced co-ed matches. 

Q. How competitive is the league?
A. Although there will be a degree of skill variation, the idea behind the AYSO Adult League program is that it is all inclusive of every player and skill level.We will do our best to keep the pick up matches recreational, fun and fair. And remember, we all have to go to work on Monday!

Q. When will the Adults play?
A. We have scheduled Saturdays in Spring 2020 beginning Feb. 29th- April 25th at 2pm. More details to come.

Q. How much does it cost to play?
A. The cost for our region is $50 for early bird and $65 after that. Participation in any AYSO Adult Soccer program will be subject to a non-refundable annual membership fee of $30.

Q. What does the annual membership fee cover?
A. The $30 fee covers liability insurance for fields and league officers, secondary accident insurance up to $25,000 and fees to both U.S.A.S.A. (United States Adult Soccer Association) and to U.S. Soccer. The AYSO Adult Soccer membership runs from September 1 thru August 31.

Q. Can I play for just one game to try it out?
A. No. All players must be registered with AYSO and the $30 membership fee paid before being eligible to play in any of AYSO’s Adult Soccer programs.

Q. What equipment do I need?
A. We will provide you with a shirt! You’ll need to provide shorts, socks, shin guards and appropriate footwear for the surface. We play on turf, so the type of cleat is up to you. 

Q. Do players really need to wear shin guards?
A. Yes, we will require them. Shin guards must be worn and must provide a “reasonable degree of protection” and be covered by your socks.
