General Information 

Player, Coach, and Asst. Coach Badges must be complete, signed and laminated prior to team's first game.
Badges - All coaches and players are required to have Identification Badges.  Player badges must be presented to the Referee prior to the start of the match.  Coach badges must be worn at all times during pre-match activities and for the duration of the match.
Match Cards - Match cards are required for all matches.  Each coach should fill out a match card for their team prior to each match.  The card must be filled out completely and turned into the referee prior to the start of the match along with the Identification Badges.  Players' full name should be entered in jersey number order.  The referee will retain the cards during the game. The host region is required to maintain the match cards until after the post-season tournaments have been completed.
