FALL 2025 Online Registration: Open to Everyone

Online Registration will be open to everyone as of April 12, 2025.

Registration is not complete until In-Person registration is completed by providing copy of On-Line Registration form, E-Signature is completed, Concussion form has wet signature, proof of payment, and player is sized for uniform.

No Exceptions.
