For Boys/Girls Ages 3-19

All registration forms must be turned in at one of the following registration dates.

Registration Prices
Register early and save! 
Register between June 1st & June 30th and save $20.00! 
Each player $110 per player
After July 1st
$130.00


Fee includes jersey, shorts, socks, AYSO Membership, *Thanksgiving Tournament,
PLAYSOCCER Magazine, and supplemental insurance.
*(Not all players participate in the tournament but are included in the raffle)

Note: Players: Please bring a copy of birth-certificate at one of the walk-in registrations.
