AYSO Divisions and Teams are created by age groups. Antioch AYSO has divisions for boys and girls between the ages of 4 1/2 and 14 years old.  The number of players per team is in accordance with AYSO rules and regulations.  Team coaches are AYSO trained and certified.  

Divisions are divided as follows:

U6 (4 1/2 - 5 years old)
U8 (6 - 7 years old)
U10 (8 - 9 years old)
U12 (10 - 11 years old)
U14 (12 - 13 years old)
