• Tournament Fee: $125 per team
• Eligibility: All Area 3E 8U Spring players/teams (Boys, Girls or COED)
• Minimum of three matches for all teams; 20 minute games
  
• 4v4 with 8 player roster maximum
• All Players receive a commemorative item

Teams are accepted on a first-come, first serve basis until all pools are filled. Applications received after May 31, 2023 will be placed on waitlist in the order received.  Acceptance confirmation will be emailed to the contact on the application.  

Rosters due by June 2, 2023. Roster changes will be allowed until June 7, 2023 provided the new roster, signed by the authorized Regional Commissioner, and is received by the tournament registrar by June 7, 2023. Rosters can be emailed to [email protected]. Maximum roster size 8 players, minimum is 6.  

REFUNDS
A full refund will be issued if the tournament is canceled and cannot be rescheduled.  If a team withdraws 14 or more days before the tournament, a full refund will be given. If a team withdraws within 7 days of the tournament, (June 3, 2023 or later), no refund will be returned, unless a replacement team is found. ALL AYSO coaches and assistant coaches must complete the following:

• Be a registered and an approved volunteer for the current program/season (including background check clearance).

• Must have completed the AYSO Safe Haven course.
•  Successfully completed the AYSO/CDC Concussion Awareness course.
•  Completed the AYSO Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Awareness course.
  
•  Safe Sport certification must be current/valid.Be properly trained per the AYSO National Coaching Program Guidelines for the age/skill level of the team they wish to coach.

EVERYONE PLAYS – 1/2 OF EACH GAME

• All players MUST play at least 1/2 of each game unless prohibited by roster size.
• No player may play 4 quarters until ALL teammates have played at least 3 quarters.
• Substitution rules may not otherwise be changed because of roster size.
