Region 1350 Scholarship

General Scholarship

In order for all community children to have the opportunity to play soccer, AYSO Region 1350 has adopted a policy to offer reduced rates, “scholarship rates”, to those players who meet one of the following criteria:

1. The player is receiving free or reduced lunches through their school OR
2. The parent/legal guardian is receiving benefits through their Michigan Bridge Card

The scholarship rate is $20 off of the rates charged for the season per player up to 3 players per family.  The scholarship program is provided to the first 25 players in the region who register and qualify. Each family eligible for Scholarship Rates must provide documented proof of one of the above criteria when submitting their registration to AYSO for the upcoming season.

Each family must PROVIDE:

1. Photocopy of Michigan Bridge Card with the parent/legal guardian name on it OR 
2. Letter of verification of Free or Reduced lunch from the player’s school with the player’s name on it
