Registration Instructions
1. Click on the Register Now button.
2. First-time users will need to create a new login.
3. Complete a player application (Be sure to complete the e-Signature portion of the form).
4. Complete the on-line payment.
5. Print TWO copies and bring to the in-person registration event listed on the 'Home Page'.
- Registration is open for Spring 2019-2020
- Registrations are incomplete and will not be processed unless payment is received and player forms are received.
- Teams will be formed in February if we have all our coaches
- Practices may begin in February
- Games will begin March 7, 2020
- Initially, only the regional program fee will be displayed during the registration process. At check-out, $20.00 will be added for the AYSO National Player Fee. The AYSO National Player Fee is non-refundable.
- Blue Sombrero will be listed as the payee on your statement
- There is a payment plan option at check out. If you register before 11/9 you will have the option of 3 payments (not including the required national fee at checkout), after 11/9 you will have an option of two additional payments, after 12/14 you will have the option of 1 additional payment and after 1/11 there will be no payment option available.

Team Distribution
Teams will be distributed to coaches end of July or early August. Please do not expect to be contacted immediately as it may take a week or two for the coaches to contact players. If you are not contacted by August 10th, please contact your player’s Division Coordinator. Division Coordinator contact information is available on the ‘Contact’ tab.

Refunding a player registration fee will be reviewed once email notification has been given to the Registrar. You must email your request to [email protected]. You must supply the following information in your written request:
• Parent Name
• Child's Name
• Home Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Reason for Refund
Refunds are not provided because families cannot, or will not accommodate their schedules to attend practice or game times.
Refunds are not provided because Region 32 will not accommodate a specific coach/team request or car pool request.
We will issue FULL REFUNDS (less $20) before July 1, 2019(fall) or January 30, 2020 (spring)
We will issue FULL REFUNDS (less $20) after July 1 (fall) or January 30, 2020 (spring) only in the following situations:
- The family moves away from Upland and the adjacent communities, such that it would be unreasonable to expect the player to continue to participate in Region 32. (proof of residency; utility bill)
- The player is in our 4U - 5U divisions.
- The player is unable to participate because of an injury or illness that arose after July 1 - August 15(fall) or January 30-February 15, 2020 (spring). (Any refund after the 15th for injury or illness will be at the discretion of the Regional Commissioner.)
- We are unable to place the player on a team (this exception will not apply once we have assigned a player to a team).
We will issue 50% REFUNDS (less $20) from July 1 - July 15 (fall) January 30-February 15, 2020 (spring)
There will be NO REFUNDS after July 15, 2019 (fall) or February 15, 2020 (spring)
Region 32 reserves the right to change this policy at any time and to deny or approve a refund for any reason. We strive for consistency and fairness and will evaluate every request objectively. However, there may be circumstances that Region 32 did not foresee when forming this refund policy that may require us to deny or approve a particular refund request or to change the refund policy. Refunds will be issued by refund or credit to the credit card used for payment. Refunds will be issued by check (to the original submitter of the registration) only if the cardholder no longer has this card or a refund or credit to a card is not possible for some other reason.
