Registration fee per player:
$90 for 4U
$105 for 5U
$150.00 for 6U-14U
$180 for 16U-19U
VIP (Special Needs Player) fees are waived (except AYSO National Fee of $20)
Fee includes the AYSO National fee of $20, jersey, shorts, socks, and pictures.
Family discount: Each additional player 6U-19U less $5.
All fees will be paid on-line using a credit card.
Buddy requests will not be honored.
Birth Certificate and Player Skill Evaluation is required for anyone who did not play in Region 46 during Fall 2018 or Spring 2019 Season. New players 7U and above should wear tennis shoes and expect a short skills evaluation at registration nights.

Are you a returning AYSO 46 player? (Played in Fall 2018 or Spring 2019)
Click the "Register" or "My Account" button in the top right corner to log into your Blue Sombrero account. Register for the fall season. Your child’s basic information (name, DOB, address) will be saved from Fall 2018 or Spring 2019. You will need to re-answer program questions, sign the waiver agreements and esign the registration form. Make note of the refund policy. Print 1 copy, sign in blue ink above the signature and bring to a registration night to complete the registration process.
Are you a returning AYSO player (Played in Fall 2018 or Spring 2019) from another region?
Click on “Register”in the top right corner to register your child in Region 46. Enter your child’s basic information (name, DOB, gender, address) EXACTLY as you did for your home region. We suggest you print the registration form from your home region to insure accuracy. Answer the program questions, sign the waiver agreements and esign the registration form. Make note of the refund policy. Print 1 copy, sign in blue ink above the signature and bring to a registration night to complete the registration process.
Are you a player that did NOT play in Fall 2018 or Spring 2019?
Click on “Register”in the top right corner to register your child in Region 46. Complete the parent section first, then add your player’s information. Please be accurate in entering your child’s basic information (name, DOB, gender, address). Answer the program questions, sign the waiver agreements and esign the registration form. Make note of the refund policy. More detailed instructions can be found in our Registration Guide. A birth certificate is required for anyone who did not play in the Fall 2018 season. Print 1 copy, sign in blue ink above the signature and bring it and the player’s birth certificate to a registration night to complete the registration process.
Bring 1 copy of the completed registration form and birth certificate form (if the player did not play in Fall 2018 or Spring 2019) with you to one of the registrations.

VOLUNTEERS
All volunteers must fill out a 2019 volunteer registration form. The number of coaches that sign up will determine the number of teams we can form. Anyone volunteering to coach must fill out a special “Coach Volunteer Form” agreeing to be AYSO-Certified at the proper coaching level, be Safe Haven trained and take the CDC concussion online course. Both are required every 2 years. Practice time slots can also be requested for Central Park on this form but are not guaranteed. Form is available at one of the registration nights.
You are not registered until you attend one of the above registrations.
