14/16U Coaches


14/16U Teams usually practice  twice a week for 1-1/2 hours per session

Suggested goals for practices:
Have a specific focus for a practice session
Make it fun.   Remember no laps, lines, or lectures.  Keep instructions brief
Training Session should begin with a warm up, have an activity, expanded activity and then always end with a scrimmage
