Refund Policy - Fall 2024
There are NO FULL REFUNDS. If you register a player, and then decide to withdraw for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund requests must be made in writing (email - [email protected]) and will be issued in accordance with the following guidelines & deadlines. PLEASE NOTE:
- A portion of each registration is for a $25.00 National Player Fee (NPF). This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from all refunds.
- A $15.00 non-refundable processing fee will also be deducted from all refunds. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from all refunds.
- August 1st:- deadline to receive a full refund less above fees.
- September 1st - deadline to receive a 50% refund contingent on timely return of complete and clean uniform.
- EXCEPTION – Waitlisted Players the Region is unable to place will receive a full refund.
