REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration will be conducted on our tournament registration module in Stack Sports.

NOTE: All players on participating teams must be properly registered in Sports Connect in MY2022-2023 to play in Section 5 AYSO games, and have played in the Fall 2022 or Spring 2023 seasons. Coaches are responsible to ensure that all players meet eligibility requirements. Only activated teams in the association platform can be registered for the tournament.

There is a $150 Referee fee per team and Tournament Fee based on the fee chart below. Please see tournament rules for more information on the referee fee.

Regional Commissioner Registration Instructions

Login to the Association platform.
Under the teams dropdown on your association platform home page, select Declare multiple teams.
Tournament and League Page
1. For Tournament and League Dropdown: Choose 2023 Section 5 Games
2. For Registration League Dropdown: Choose Your Area
Teams Page
1. Club- Select your region
2. Play Levels- Core
3. Gender- Choose All
4. Age Group- leave unselected
5. Filter by Status- leave unselected
6. Team Name box leave empty
7. Search and your regions teams from Association platform will appear.
8. Place a check for teams you want to apply for the tournament and hit Apply teams

1. You will get verification screen and hit submit applications
Teams are now submitted waiting on acceptance

Once you complete these steps, you should see your new tournament application listed under the "Tournaments" tab. You can click on the "edit" link to make any modifications to the application. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the application process and submit your application.

Once your team has been initially accepted, you will receive an automated email from the system prompting you to login and complete payment. Once your payment has been completed, you will be moved into the final acceptance stage. All of your team documentation such as rosters, etc will be copied to the tournament for the tournament staff to review.
