To be considered complete, your application must include ALL of the following:
- Complete the online registration:
- 2020 10U, 12U and 14U Weekend, March 7-8 Registration Form
- Complete the Referee Registration Form for at least 2 referees per team
- Mail your payment.
Roster Notes:
- An eAYSO Roster form must include the names of the Head Coach and Assistant Coach and be signed by your Regional Commissioner. Coach certifications and Coach Safe Haven may not be hand-written on roster.
- Roster changes will be allowed up until Team Check-in; after that, no roster changes. All roster changes must be approved by your Regional Commissioner.
- Rosters must be comprised solely of players who were registered and played in the AYSO 2019 primary program.
- Player roster limits are as follows:
14U | 15 players max | 11-v-11 play |
12U | 12 players max | 9-v-9 play |
10U | 10 players max | 7-v-7 play |

- A single region check, for each team, for the total amount of the Team Entry Fee.

PHMSA Soccerfest is an AYSO tournament that supports all players and encourages teamwork and sportsmanship. Registration is open to all AYSO sponsored tournament teams and their current select teams. The Soccerfest welcomes teams in each division (10U–14U). The purpose of the Soccerfest is for everyone to have fun and to prepare the players for future tournaments. It takes place in the cities of Pleasant Hill and Martinez, SF Bay Area, CA.
